The Kaiser Permanente Southern California Region is experiencing a high increase in Respiratory Care patient census resulting in an increased demand for staffing result of COVID-19 impacts. Faced with this challenge, Southern California Permanente Medical Group (“SCPMG”) leadership and USW 7600 agreed to temporarily offer an "Extra Shift Incentive" to induce Employees in the following specified SCPMG classifications to work extra shifts under SCPMG in the Respiratory Care Departments as specifically listed below.

Faced with this challenge, Southern California Permanente Medical Group (“SCPMG”) leadership and USW 7600 agreed to temporarily offer an "Extra Shift Incentive" to induce employees in the following Licensed Vocational Nurse and Medical Assistant classifications to work extra “message management” shifts in departments under SCPMG as specifically listed below:
