Union Update on 2% Lump Sum Bonus for Eligible Members
We are aware that some eligible members did not receive their 2% lump sum bonus on their recent pay slip. After pressing HR and the National Human Resources Service Center (NHRSC) for answers, we have confirmed the following:
Eligible members who did not see the lump sum bonus on their pay slip should expect an off-cycle paycheck by tomorrow to resolve any missed bonus payments as agreed.
If you received the bonus but believe the amount may be incorrect, please contact the NHRSC directly. They have the necessary calculation details from Compensation and can verify the amount or initiate an audit if there appears to be a discrepancy. The contact number for the NHRSC is 877-457-4772.
We understand that some of you reached out to the NHRSC earlier today and were mistakenly advised to contact the union. This was an error on their part. Following discussions with national leadership, NHRSC agents have been re-educated on the correct procedures for off-cycle checks and inquiries. They should now have the information needed to assist you directly.
If you still receive incorrect information or are told to contact the union, please email [email protected] with your name, employee number, and time of call, so President Michael Barnett can escalate this issue to National HR for resolution.
If you do not receive the off-cycle check, please reach out to the NHRSC for confirmation on when you will receive it or to initiate an audit request.
Your union is here to make sure you receive the benefits you’ve earned without delay.
