Awesome news! The long-awaited payout date for our 2024 Performance Sharing Program (PSP) is just around the corner on March 7th. We have some great results to share with you, all thanks to your hard work this past year.

Exceptional Achievements:

A big shout-out to our Affordability Task Force, led in part by our very own President and co-chair, Micheal Barnett, for meeting our 67% Alliance PSP affordability goal once again this year. Their strategic efforts and dedication continue to drive our success.

Regional Performance Highlights:

Southern California: A special round of applause for reaching a 150% financial modifier—the highest mark possible. Alliance members in SCAL will receive significant payouts, reflecting this outstanding achievement.

Acknowledgments:

A heartfelt THANK YOU to our Unit Based Teams who absolutely rocked it this year! We deeply appreciate your hard work and the pivotal role you play in our success.

Important Eligibility Information:

To be eligible for a payout under the APSP:

• Employees must be in job classifications covered by this Agreement during the program year and be active on December 31 to receive a payment for that year.
• Employees who retire during the program year or prior to the payout date, or those who transfer to another Kaiser Permanente job classification not covered under this Agreement, will receive a prorated payment based on compensated hours attained during the program year in a job classification covered under the Partnership.
• Employees with compensated hours less than 1,800 hours will receive a bonus prorated for compensated hours.
