USW Local 7600 stands united with UNAC/UHCP and the Alliance of Health Care Unions in declaring: No Progress, No Pulse.

Kaiser Permanente continues to stall at the bargaining table on the most critical issues — economics, staffing, and safety. Instead of making meaningful progress, Kaiser points to the People Pulse Survey as a so-called reflection of frontline voices. This survey no longer represents our reality. Our concerns are not being heard or acted upon.

We are calling on all members to take action: Boycott the People Pulse Survey, September 15–30.

By refusing to participate, we send a clear, unified message: if there is no progress at the table, there is no pulse in their survey.

This is our moment to stand together and demand real partnership. Kaiser must come back to the table ready to make progress on the issues that matter most to the workers who deliver care every day.

Our unity is our power. When we fight, we win.

In solidarity,
Michael Barnett
President, USW Local 7600
