Contracts & Bargaining

This information below represent both contractual agreements (national and local) with Kaiser Permanente. The national agreement is the embodiment of national bargaining between Kaiser Permanente and the Coalition of Kaiser Permanente Unions (consisting of union representation from across the nation). Our local contract bargaining language is specifically used for purposes within USW Local 7600 service areas.

Note: Contract dates say 2005-2010, but this is the current collective bargaining agreement.

Q: What is a collective bargaining agreement?

The best way to strengthen our local and communicate effectively during national and local bargaining is with a Communication & Action Team (CAT). The goal of the CAT Team will be to provide direct contact and person-to-person communication with members during negotiations.
