RSVP NOW: Tentative Agreement Vote Dates, Times & Locations

You made it clear that we were not going to accept 2-tier wages for new hires, that we needed progress on WAGE JUSTICE in the IE, and that we deserved more than 1%.

In response, we joined together like never before, in unity and solidarity, and showed the world that we were willing to do whatever it took to get a fair contract. Because of your efforts, not only did KP take back their outrageous, 2-tier proposal, we also WON wage increases, progress on wage justice in the IE, and much, much more!

Your union leaders are recommending that we vote YES on this contract. You may attend one of our presentations that are catered to provide a more in-depth understanding of our tentative agreements. These sessions are not mandatory to vote, but it is strongly recommended you attend.

COVID guidelines will be strongly enforced so please come prepared to vote with a mask on and your work badge so we can verify your membership. These sessions will last anywhere from 30-45 minutes for those who have questions or want to learn about the agreements.
