We're counting on your participation to share your insights – it will only take a few moments of your time, and your responses will remain completely anonymous and confidential.
Why We Need Your Input
At USW Local 7600, we are committed to enhancing patient and worker safety. That's why we established the National Health, Safety, and Well-Being Committee (NHSWBC) following the 2021 Alliance of Health Care Unions (AHCU) National Bargaining. This committee, consisting of Alliance Union leaders, Hospital/Health Plan leaders, and Permanente Medical Group leaders, is dedicated to creating a better future. Our mission? To foster a Just Culture and prioritize safety, including psychological safety, across KP.
Your Voice Is the Key
We believe that every member's voice matters. By participating in the Alliance-Union Psychological Safety Survey, you will provide us with invaluable insights into the unique needs and experiences of our fantastic workforce. Your feedback will lay the foundation for effective strategies that will promote psychological safety across KP.
Who's Eligible?
It's simple! If you're a KP employee represented by Alliance Unions and were hired on or before April 1, 2023, we want to hear from you. As long as your status isn't listed as being on leave in HRConnect as of June 30, 2023, you're all set to participate!
