Demand Fair Treatment from Kaiser Permanente

On February 12, 2024, Michael Barnett, President of USW Local 7600, released a crucial message urging all members to sign the KP Demand Letter to Wage Up, Staff Up, Partner Up. This demand letter is essential to ensure fair treatment and better working conditions for all Kaiser Permanente employees.

Since the release of the demand letter, thousands of USW members have responded by signing on. However, our collective strength lies in unity, and we need every member to join this movement.

By signing the demand letter, you are advocating for:

• Increased wages now instead of waiting until 2025 bargaining.
• Addressing the staffing crisis by recruiting and retaining high-quality employees.
• Restoring the partnership between Kaiser Permanente and its employees, ensuring it remains a great place to work and receive care.
