The Kaiser Permanente Southern California Region is experiencing a high Urgent Care and Emergency Department patient census resulting in an increased demand for staffing as a result of COVID-19 impacts. Faced with this challenge, Southern California Permanente Medical Group (“SCPMG”) leadership and USW 7600 agreed to temporarily offer an "Extra Shift Incentive" to induce employees in the following Licensed Vocational Nurse and Medical Assistant classifications to work extra “message management” shifts in departments under SCPMG as specifically listed below:

The Kaiser Permanente Southern California Region is experiencing a high Operating Room patient census resulting in an increased demand for related staffing as a result of COVID-19 impacts. Faced with this challenge, Kaiser Foundation Hospital ("KFH") leadership and USW- 7600 agreed to temporarily offer an "Extra Shift Incentive" to induce employees in the following specified SCPMG and KFH classifications to work extra shifts under SCPMG/KFH as specifically listed below:

Overtime is Available

The EVS department at the Kaiser Permanente, Ontario hospital is offering overtime for all shifts, every day, until further notice.

Extra shifts are available to all USW Local 7600 members, from any location. (Note, that the graveyard shift is in dire need)
