The Alliance has released the latest National Bargaining update for Session 9, dated November 25, 2025. Discussions remain ongoing regarding staffing, PSP, wage fairness, and protecting consistent contract standards across all Alliance unions.
A significant issue highlighted in this update is retroactivity. This provision is part of Kaiser Permanente’s proposal and a direct result of KP’s prolonged delays and stalling tactics at the bargaining table. The Alliance bargaining team has made it clear that you should not be penalized for KP’s failure to bargain in a timely manner. KP’s current stance leaves many questions unanswered, and our team continues to press them to address this fully and fairly.
