Alliance National Bargaining Update – September 2025

We’re at the bargaining table today, and we’ll be back for national sessions on September 29 and 30, the final scheduled days before our contract expires. Last week, members sent a powerful message with a 99% YES vote for strike authorization — showing Kaiser that we’re united and ready to act.

In the meantime, your actions keep the pressure on Kaiser:

• Wear your union swag (shirts, lanyards, buttons)
• Boycott the People Pulse survey — No progress, no pulse
• Put up and share solidarity signs at your worksites
• Stay loud on social media with #OneVoiceOneFuture, #CoastToCoast and #OneAlliance
• Make sure your CAT lead has your updated contact info
