60,000 Alliance members are united and ready to win a great contract.

Through surveys, our national steering committee, and the national Leadership Conference, Alliance union members have come together around a bold, united vision for our 2025 contract negotiations. Across 22 local unions in every Kaiser Permanente region, we are standing strong for a contract that ensures KP remains the best place to work—and to receive care. We are committed to building a strong future together, for union members and for patients.

As we approach the start of national bargaining on May 6th, we encourage you to show your support:

• Join your local CAT (Communication and Action Team)
• Wear your Alliance buttons and stickers
• Post on social media and tag the Alliance
