Wage Increase Implementation Update
USW Local 7600 Member Update
Yesterday, USW Local 7600 received communication from Kaiser with updates on the implementation of our 2025 Across-the-Board Wage Increase, which is retroactive to March 15, 2026.
6.5% Increase
Kaiser has informed us that the first 6.5% increase adjustment will now appear on the June 26, 2026 paycheck.
Retro Pay Timeline
Retro pay back to March 15, 2026 is estimated to appear 2–3 pay periods after June 26.
Other Wage Adjustments
Other wage adjustments, including minimum wage adjustments, market adjustments, and any other applicable complex changes, will appear on the July 10, 2026 paycheck.
