Share Your COVID-19 Story

We are going through a crisis together. We want to help you tell your stories of how you are feeling, how you are coping, victories and setbacks, in fighting the pandemic as well as related stress and trauma as a result of racial, class, and gender inequality and uncertainty.

If you’re willing to share your thoughts, feelings, and experiences, please submit your story below.

Suggestions to get you started:

  • Describe your best day and/or your worst day since the pandemic started.
  • How has the pandemic changed your work?
  • How has your mindset changed from the very beginning of the pandemic to today?
  • What would you like to say to other healthcare workers?
  • What do you wish the general public knew about what it’s like to be a healthcare worker right now?
  • You can upload a photo or video as a part of your story.

If you selected YES to sharing your submission: The video, images, and audio of the recording may be used for purposes associated with USW Local 7600, the Alliance of Health Care Unions and/or the Kaiser Permanente Labor Management Partnership, including, but not limited to, art, advertising, promotion, and education, in all media, including but not limited to, electronic, video, digital, web, and print media.

By making your submission, you agree: to the use of the video, images, and audio of the recording for the purposes described above; to waive any right to compensation for the use of the recording for the purposes described above; that the recording will remain the property of USW Local 7600 and the Alliance of Health Care Unions; and to release USW Local 7600 and the Alliance of Health Care Unions, its officers, board members, employees, and agents from any and all claims regarding the use of your likeness, image, voice, appearance, name, comments, or questions from the recording for the purposes described above.
