Hiring Process:
When a KP LVN New Grad Training Program is being offered, the requirements for six months of recent LVN experience will be waived for those employees that currently hold an LVN license in a different classification regardless of the service area: however, must meet the competencies and participate and pass the KP LVN New Grad Training Program.

The position will be filled by an evaluation process that will be screened by Recruitment. Seniority will not be a factor when offering the KP LVN New Grad Training Program unless the internal candidates scored equally, then the candidate with the most bargaining union seniority will be awarded the position. The following are the criteria that will be used when offering the New Grad Training Program to a Kaiser Permanente USW employee:

b. Attendance
c. Group Interview
