We remain strong bargaining for the best interest of our union members. Till this date, KP has failed to submit any proposals that are worthwhile. What they have submitted is a proposal that will create division amongst union members by creating an underclass of employees, a.k.a., (2-tier employees, see video below).
- "Kaiser Permanente continues to try and break our union with 2-tier wages, it's up to us to come together, in unity & solidarity to make sure that doesn't happen."
Norberto Gomez, USW Local 7600 V.P.
