You should use your already existing, union-negotiated sick time:

- Full-time employees recieve 120 hours frontloaded
- Part-time and on-call employees receive 60 hours frontloaded and accrue the rest based on an average of straight time hours paid in the preceding two (2) pay periods.

The Alliance of Healthcare Unions in partnership with the Coalition of Kaiser Permanente Unions have created a weekly newsletter, "MeFit," as a positive resource for us to use.  The information within the newletter are subjects related to health, financial wellness, kids activities, current events, useful tips and much more.  "A one stop shop to help staff stay positive and a nice break from COVID emails," as stated by Marci Acevedo, one of the content creators.

1. As COVID-19 continues to spread quickly and related news reports dominate the media, it’s natural to feel anxious and stressed. As you care for others, whether members, patients, or your own family, we want to be sure you prioritize taking care of yourself.
