Local Bargaining Kicks Off May 13
Our Local bargaining team consists of:

- Tamara Lefcowitz, Health Care Worker Council, USW
We know opening our contract for the first time in 16 years is important and our members showed they are united. Members stepped up and responded to our bargaining survey and this helped us shape our local bargaining priorities. Some major issues we plan to address in our local contract are:
- Compensation, wages and premium pay
- Shifts/ Scheduling
- Seniority
- Language Updates
- Opportunities for Growth
